IQ Cardio is a 30-minute, cardio-circuit, comprised of rowing, biking, running and climbing. The workout is on-demand, timer-guided, calorie-focused and low-impact.
Guests reserve their own personal circuit, or "Quad", which includes a rower, bike, treadmill and a stepper. This allows for maximal social-distancing and minimal germ transmission. Each quad is guided by a wall timer, which moves guests through all 4 stations (7.5 minutes each) in just 30 minutes.
The workout is meant for most ages/abilities, and it is as challenging as you desire to make it. No need to feel intimidated, as each machine is considered low-impact, and can be modified to a higher or lower intensity.
Pulse-rate monitors are available onsite to track your calories, or feel free to bring your own. If you plan to use one of our monitors, you'll first need to download a heart rate app from the Apple or Google Store (we recommend the Wahoo Fitness app). We can help you get synced when you arrive.
IQ Cardio is 100% on-demand, so there is nothing to join. You simply book a time online (choose between "Morning" or "Afternoon") and we'll help get started when you arrive. If it's your first workout, select "First-Time", and it's free!
